| North Korean Nuclear Program Although the recent N. | At the recent First District Workshop, I attended a session on renewable energy. As I promised here are scans of the handouts from that workshop. This does not mean I endorse everything in them. There is an especially strange source on the fifth page, which claims that there is a mysterious form of electromagnetic energy that will solve all of our problems. I have no idea what that one is talking about. Most of the sources seem better than that; however I would check with the organizations sponsoring the various workshops and meetings for more information about them.
