North Korean Nuclear Program Although the recent N. Korean nuclear test was both real and threatening, the current round of trouble started when the Bush administration said it discovered some cheaating by N.Korea on the previous agreement with the Clinton administration. That makes this quote from the Oct. 23, 2006 Newsweek interesting.

At the recent First District Workshop, I attended a session on renewable energy. As I promised here are scans of the handouts from that workshop.  This does not mean I endorse everything in them.  There is an especially strange source on the fifth page, which claims that there is a mysterious form of electromagnetic energy that will solve all of our problems.  I have no idea what that one is talking about.  Most of the sources seem better than that; however I would check with the organizations sponsoring the various workshops and meetings for more information about them.
