| NOTABLE OBSERVATION: The Texas State Board of Education has decreed that teens can't handle any mention of all forms of birth control. The information will be deleted from all sex education textbooks even though 90% of parents want their children to have this information. Despite its large population of evangelical "Christians", George W. Bush's home state has the highest teenage birthrate in the country. When it comes to sex, ignorance is not bliss. | YOU MUST BE A REPUBLICAN if you believe that if condoms are kept out of schools, adolescents will not have sex. | |||||||||
